Lee brings nearly three decades of experience across banking, mortgage, and business development with a career centered on building strong teams and cultivating lasting industry relationships. Prior to joining the Primis Mortgage family, he served as senior vice president of business development at Integrity Home Mortgage Corporation.

In his spare time, Lee enjoys a great cup of coffee and spending as much time as possible with his wife and two daughters, allowing him to stay grounded in the relationships that matter most.
