Lights, Camera… Primis!

Something exciting happened at our Primis Mortgage headquarters in Wilmington, NC, earlier this year—and now that the episode has officially aired, we can tell you all about it.  

In contrast to our normal ILM routine, our office was selected as a filming location for an episode of the new Hulu series RJ Decker.

From Mortgage Office To Film Set

Back in March, a full production crew transformed part of our Wilmington space into a working TV set, complete with cameras, crew, and behind-the-scenes action.  

The best part? They didn’t just stumble into our office. The production team had been scouting locations in the area since June 2025 and ultimately chose Primis Mortgage as the episode’s backdrop. Not saying we’re biased, but…it was a great call.  

Having the opportunity to watch our conference room go from everyday meeting space to on-screen setting was unforgettable. The energy in the office was unmatched—it’s not every day your workplace doubles as a TV set.  

More Than Mortgages

This was obviously a fun moment for our team, but it’s also a reminder of what makes Primis different.  

We’re not just a mortgage company; we’re part of the communities we serve, and whether that means guiding families home or having our office star in a Hulu production, we’re happy to be involved.
