Primis Mortgage Kicks Off Talent Acquisition Campaign with an Exciting Promotion
WILMINGTON, N.C. – Primis Mortgage is excited to announce the promotion of Lindsey Reid to talent acquisition specialist and recruiter. In this new role, Reid will work closely with the national sales director to identify potential talent to bolster the company’s roster.
Before the promotion, she served as an onboarding specialist for Primis Mortgage, assisting new hires to ensure successful transitions into their roles. Prior to Primis, Reid worked at CMG Financial as an onboarding specialist and a loan processor, and as a market researcher for ProSolutions LLC in Austin, TX.

Reid has proven herself as a key asset in the Primis Mortgage team since she was brought in in 2022. Overtime, she’s grown to assist in more ways than just onboarding. By taking on various leadership roles with the Company’s technology systems to ensure that transitions in and out the company are seamless.
